Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: PGX DailyĀ® softgels can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250ā500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner. Week 1: 1ā2 softgels 3 times daily. Week 2: 2ā4 softgels 3 times daily. Week 3 and beyond: 3ā6 softgels 3 times daily.
