Description: Our Organic Whole Wheat Flour contains no additives and is stone-milled from organic hard red spring wheat kernels. It is recognized as premium quality wheat, and is ideal for bread-making due to its superior milling qualities, baking characteristics and high protein content.

Ingredients: Whole grain hard red wheat kernels.

Uses: Hard wheat flour is appropriate for bread-making and other hard baked goods. Its high gluten content also allows dough to rise considerably.

Storage: Product should be stored at temperatures below 15˚C, and in a clean, dry place. Shelf life is approximately 6 months under proper storage conditions.
