Uses: Rice bran is an excellent source of dietary fibre, hypoallergenic protein, and monounsaturated rice oil. These properties make it an excellent ingredient in a multitude of food products such as muffins, cookies, cakes, pancakes, breads and other applications.
Storage: Product should be stored in a clean, dry area at ambient temperatures for an estimated shelf life of 12 months.
