SHIPPING

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, we provide FREE shipping on all British Columbia supplement orders and all Canadian supplement orders over $59. Canadian supplement orders under $59 will be charged a $10 shipping fee (non-BC residents only).

We also provide free shipping on all British Columbia bulk and grocery orders. Canadian bulk and grocery orders are charged shipping at a discounted rate based on order weight.

When is my order shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours upon payment confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Typically orders will arrive at your shipping address within 1-14 business days, depending on the location in Canada.

Help! I have not received my package.

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an e-mail at info@naturalfocus.ca and we will investigate the matter immediately. We guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order. For more information on Refund Policy, click here.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

We offer 100% refund back guarantee if the product was not as described or in original condition (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assure we will treat every case personally. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

I would like to return my purchase!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Typically, it takes about 5-20 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)
