Organic Azuki Beans - 400g
Description: The azuki bean is a small burgundy coloured Asian bean. Azuki beans are also known as aduki beans or adzuki beans.
Directions: Rinse 1 cup of beans. Pour into boiling water and cover. Soak for 6 hours. Drain and discard soaking water. Add 4 cups fresh water and simmer over low heat until tender, approximately 2–2 1/2 hours.
Uses: Azuki beans are used in Asian cuisine to make red bean paste filling for steamed breads, dumplings, and sweet cakes. They can also be used in soups and salads.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture. Under these conditions product should have an estimated shelf life of 24 months.
