The most widely distributed variety of kelp grows at the low-water mark on rocky shores or frigid zones in the Atlantic. Westpoint’s Organic Kelp powder is both originated and manufactured in Canada.

Uses: Like many sea vegetables, kelp can be eaten fresh but is usually dried. Powdered kelp can be used as a condiment or supplement.
Storage: Product should be stored in a clean, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 60˚F and 60% RH. Optimum shelf life is 12 months.
