Description: This flour is milled from 100% whole grain sorghum. Sorghum flour has superior properties for baking and is considered by many to be the best general purpose gluten-free flour. Sorghum is also known as great millet, American broom corn, Guinea corn, jowari or milo.

Uses: Sorghum flour has texture and taste that is very similar to wheat. Try this sweet flour in pancakes, cakes, scones, or fruited bread. Try combining sorghum flour with tapioca starch, cornstarch, and/or legume flours.
Storage: Product should be stored in a dry, clean area at temperatures not exceeding 20˚C and 60% relative humidity. Optimum shelf life is approximately 6 months under proper storage conditions.
