Consuming lavender can also help calm digestive issues such as vomiting, nausea, intestinal gas, upset stomach, and abdominal swelling. In addition to helping with digestive problems, lavender is used to help relieve pain from headaches, sprains and even toothaches.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Natural Focus lavender flower
1/2 cup Natural Focus jasmine tea
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp honey (optional sweetness)
1 cup banana
1/2 cup apple
1 cup blueberries
Instructions
Steep your jasmine tea beforehand (for strong tea, steep overnight) and allow to cool completely before adding to your smoothie.
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
