Adult Dosage: Take 6 capsules 3 times daily. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Fo-Ti Powder 560 mg (Polygonum multiflorum) (Root)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, consult a health care practitioner. If you have serious or major conditions, such as a liver disorder, or
any type of infection, or if you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite occurs as these are symptoms of liver disease. Do not use if you have a spleen deficiency, if you experience phlegm or diarrhea, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
