Natural Focus Food is a fantastic store with unique, high-quality products and friendly staff. I recently needed to return a product after I realized I might be allergic. Although their usual return policy is for unopened products, Alex, the owner, went above and beyond by accepting my opened product. His kindness, understanding, and exceptional customer service truly impressed me. Highly recommended!

Great helpful service is a common experience for me at Natural Focus. Amazingly kind, human and willing to take a moment to actually help find products for my complex recovery regimen post chemo. It's a no brainer for me to order online and have things shipped swiftly, when prices are better than stores near me on the Sunshine Coast. Natural Focus is my go-to for my product. They’re quick to ship and I get my order within days despite the location being at the opposite end of the country. I always get a few samples in my package along with a little ‘thank you :)’ note which is all very much appreciated.
For convenience and unique grocery items this place is worth a visit. However, for supplements and other things it is priced for convenience, not value regardless of if you buy hundreds of dollars worth at a time. They stocked very high heat cayenne pepper and organic saurkraut as an example of their novel product line.
One star docked for lack of handicapped parking outside their store which is easy to fix. See photo.
