Recommended Use:

Duration of Use:
For use beyond 6 months, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Dose:
Adults 6-10ml 3-6 times per day
Cautions and Warnings:
If menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, discontinued use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are breastfeeding, or if you are taking birth control pills, blood thinners/anticoagulants, or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or if you have a family history of cancer, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
Contraindications:
Do not use this product if you are pregnant, if you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiacea/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), if you have diarrhoea or haemorrhagic diseases, or if your menstrual flow is heavy.
