HMB contains N‑acetylcysteine, which, when taken in doses of 500 mg three times per day, can be very helpful for the elimination of heavy metals from your body, as it reduces malondialdehyde (MDA), a marker of lipid peroxidation.

Adults: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily with meals providing protein or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or if you have kidney stones. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
