We're looking for a passionate, credentialed wellness professional to join our team and help customers discover the best natural health solutions for their needs.
About the Role
As our Natural Product Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert on the floor ā guiding customers through supplement selections, answering health questions with confidence, and creating an exceptional in-store wellness experience rooted in evidence-based natural health.
Schedule
Afternoons & weekends ā with lots of flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
Qualifications
- NPN (Natural Product Number) certification or designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) / Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) ā required
- In-depth knowledge of natural health products, supplements, vitamins, and herbal remedies
- Familiarity with Health Canada NHP regulations and NPN labelling requirements
- Ability to make informed, responsible product recommendations within scope of practice
- Experience in natural health retail, a health food store, or a clinical wellness setting is a strong asset
- Genuine passion for holistic health, nutrition, and preventive wellness
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
