Recommended use
A bioenergetic multivitamin and mineral formula for the maintenance of good health. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner
Cautions
For adult use only. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Keep out of the reach of children.
