Turbinado Sugar - 400g

Description: Turbinado is a type of brown sugar obtained in a natural manner with almost no processing. It presents itself in large crystals with a light tan colour. Turbinado also contains a moderate amount of molasses, for which it is sometimes considered as a crossover between Organic Cane Sugar and Demerara Style Brown Sugar.

Ingredients: Sugar, molasses.

Uses: Turbinado sugar can be used as a direct substitute for white or brown sugar. Its molasses flavour work exceptionally well in brownies and barbecue sauces. Since no complicated processing or chemicals are involved in the making, Turbinado has also become an ideal alternative for vegan diets.

For an estimated shelf life of 12 months, this product should be stored in a clean and dry location with temperatures under 20°C, and 50% maximum humidity.
