Recommended use

Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: All uses except abdominal pain: Take as needed; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–2 tablets once daily, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or se as directed by health care practitioner.
Abdominal pain: At bedtime only; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–2 tablets once daily, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.

When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness, driving or using machinery for 5 hours.
