Organic Barley Flour
Description: Hulled barley is the whole grain with only the inedible spikelet removed. Organic barley flour is untreated and milled from cleaned, hulled barley groats.
Ingredients: Whole hulled barley groats.
Uses: Barley flour can be added to cookies, cakes, muffins, pancakes, squares, and breads. It may also be used as a thickener for soups, stews and gravies.
Storage: Product should be stored in a cool, dry area, for a shelf life of 8 months.
