Hot Tea: Place one tea bag into an 8 oz cup. Pour 75°C to 85°C degree water over tea bag and steep for 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength.
Iced Tea: For one quart of ice tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags. Brew 4 to 6 minutes. Then add 2 cups of cold water and chill.
